Reveting Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 29, 2026

This policy explains how Reveting LLC, operating as Reveting and Reveting Productions (“Reveting,” “we,” or “us”), handles personal information through our website, services, live shows, event registrations, recordings, and communications. Our services are intended for adult business audiences, and our marketing is directed to the United States.

1. Reveting shows and shows we produce for clients

For our own shows and business activities, Reveting decides how information is used. For a client-organized show, the organizer is the person or legal entity identified in the event listing before registration. When that organizer adopts and links this policy as its event privacy notice, this policy covers its event registration, event communications, and the optional marketing described here, as well as Reveting’s production work.

Both the organizer and Reveting receive or can access information needed for the event. The organizer is responsible for its event purposes and communications. Reveting processes registration information on the organizer’s behalf to produce the show, manage registration, provide reporting, and support authorized follow-up. We do not treat our production role as permission to use the client’s attendee list for our own marketing.

Client names do not need to be listed in this policy: check the event listing to identify your organizer. Contact ww@reveting.com with the event name if you need help identifying or contacting it. This shared notice does not cover a client’s unrelated website, purchases, or other services. An organizer with different event practices must disclose those differences before collecting information.

Visiting a website, reading this notice, or registering for an event is not, by itself, consent to optional marketing.

2. Information we collect and its sources

  • Contact and professional information: name, email, company, job title, country or region, and any other information you voluntarily provide. A separate inquiry or booking form may request a phone number.
  • Event and communication information: the event you register for, available attendance and engagement information, questions, survey responses, correspondence, marketing choices, consent records, and unsubscribe requests.
  • Public participation and media: comments you post, contributions displayed during a show, and a guest’s or speaker’s name, image, voice, and presentation.
  • Website and device information: IP address, browser and device information, pages and links used, referral information, approximate location, cookie identifiers, and similar technical information. Optional visitor-identification services can associate a visit with professional contact information or an email identifier, as explained below.
  • Transaction information: billing and contact details, purchases, payment status, and related business records. Our website links to Stripe checkout, where payment credentials are provided to the payment processor. We receive transaction information needed to administer the purchase.

Sources include you, LinkedIn and other platforms through which you register or participate, the organizer whose event we produce, service providers, and—when you allow visitor identification—the providers and their matching data sources. We do not obtain general access to your private LinkedIn account or messages through event registration. Please do not submit sensitive personal information in registration fields or public comments.

3. How information is used

We use information to provide requested services; administer registration and event access; send logistical updates and requested materials; respond to inquiries; produce and distribute content; understand event participation; improve services; administer purchases; maintain business records; protect systems; and comply with legal obligations. Reporting for a client’s show is prepared for that organizer.

We use HighLevel, also known as GoHighLevel, for customer records, forms, and communications. Event operations and marketing permissions are distinct: a registration record in HighLevel does not, by itself, authorize every business with access to send promotions.

4. Marketing from the organizer and Reveting

You can choose to receive marketing from the event organizer, Reveting, or both through the choices presented to you. Each permission must identify the sender and purpose. For a client-organized LinkedIn event, the organizer’s optional marketing checkbox applies to that organizer; it does not automatically subscribe you to Reveting.

To receive Reveting marketing separately, use a direct Reveting signup, such as our newsletter form, or another form that clearly asks for that permission. We do not repurpose a client’s LinkedIn registration export into a Reveting marketing list. You can participate in an event without agreeing to optional promotions. Permission for one organizer does not authorize another client’s marketing.

Event access details and necessary logistical messages are separate from newsletters, sales outreach, or promotions for future events. A follow-up containing promotional content is handled as marketing, even if it also includes a replay. Each marketing sender provides an unsubscribe option. You may also contact ww@reveting.com, identifying the event and sender. Withdrawing marketing permission does not prevent necessary responses to requests you make. Email or event permission does not constitute consent to automated marketing calls or text messages.

5. LinkedIn event registration information

LinkedIn forms may provide your name, email, job title, company, and country or region. Required fields support registration; promotional choices are optional. We never sell LinkedIn registration data. Its use stays within the disclosed purposes, permissions, and platform restrictions, and provider access is limited to work for the organizer. We promptly honor communication opt-outs and deletion requests, subject to applicable legal requirements. This notice does not expand permissions granted through LinkedIn.

6. Who receives information

Recipients depend on the interaction:

  • The event organizer and Reveting: for the event roles described above. Authorized personnel receive access appropriate to their work.
  • Operational providers: HighLevel for forms, customer records, and communications; Vercel for website hosting; Stripe for checkout; and providers supporting event production, storage, email, and security. Providers handling information on our behalf are limited to the relevant services and applicable obligations.
  • Website measurement and identification providers: the optional services described under “Website tracking and your choices.” Their network activities may involve independent processing and are not the same as a production provider’s limited access to an attendee list.
  • Legal and professional recipients: when required by law or, where permitted, reasonably necessary for advice, security, fraud prevention, or legal claims. Any business reorganization involving information remains subject to applicable law, notices, and platform restrictions.

Sponsorship, appearing as a guest, or being another Reveting client does not entitle an organization to an attendee contact list for its independent marketing. We do not sell attendee lists for money or pool client registration lists for cross-client marketing. Website identification disclosures are addressed separately below.

7. Public broadcasts, recordings, and clips

Our shows are livestreamed and recorded. Full recordings, podcast versions, clips, and related promotional or editorial content may be published on our or the organizer’s website, social channels, and distribution platforms and may remain publicly available indefinitely. Recordings can include speakers, guests, their presentations, and public questions or comments selected for display or discussion.

Watching a livestream does not give us access to your camera or microphone. Guest and speaker participation and permissions for their content are handled separately. Please avoid posting confidential information in public comments. Contact us about a privacy concern involving a recording; we will consider applicable rights and removal requests, but copies made or independently shared by others may remain outside our control. This notice is not a blanket release of image, voice, or other legal rights.

8. Website tracking and your choices

Essential hosting and security information is processed to deliver the website. Our Privacy choices / Do not sell or share control lets you separately allow or reject optional analytics and visitor identification. Both are off until you choose to enable them. You can change your choice through the footer at any time.

  • Google Analytics: measures site traffic, page use, and interactions such as clicks and conversions when analytics is enabled.
  • RB2B and the identification pixel served by static.icexyz.com: when visitor identification is enabled, these technologies use device, network, browsing, and identifier information to recognize business visitors. The latter pixel calls a matching service at liadm.com. Matching can associate browsing with a professional profile, business contact information, or hashed email identifiers; hashed identifiers can still be personal information. Providers may combine signals with data from other sources for identity matching and marketing.

These website identification activities can constitute “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws even when no attendee list is sold for money. You can opt out by rejecting visitor identification in our privacy control. We honor recognized Global Privacy Control signals and browser Do Not Track signals by keeping the optional scripts controlled by this website off. If you previously enabled tracking, withdrawing permission reloads the page to stop those scripts. Choices are stored in your browser for up to 180 days; clearing browser storage or changing devices may require choosing again.

Our controls apply to the optional scripts we load on this website. HighLevel forms and booking tools, embedded media, LinkedIn, and checkout providers process information when their services load or you use them under their own notices and settings. Our controls do not change settings on those services. See Google’s privacy notice, RB2B’s privacy notice, and RB2B’s network opt-out. You may also use browser cookie controls and contact us about previously collected information. A browser opt-out stops future optional collection here; it does not automatically erase earlier records.

9. How long information is kept

  • Client-event working copies: Reveting deletes its production working copies within 90 days after handoff, except information retained for an ongoing authorized service, a legal requirement, or a documented dispute. A client’s primary organizer records follow the next rule.
  • Event-registration records: reviewed after 12 months and deleted or de-identified when no longer needed for a documented event, service, or legal purpose. Continued retention requires a continuing purpose; an event registration is not an indefinite marketing subscription.
  • Separately authorized marketing records: kept while permission and an active relationship continue; reviewed for inactivity and removed when no longer needed or when you unsubscribe. Limited suppression and permission records may remain to respect your choice and document compliance.
  • Recordings and published content: may remain available indefinitely as described above, subject to applicable rights and removal requests.
  • Business, security, and payment records: kept for the period needed for the transaction, security issue, applicable recordkeeping obligations, or legal claims.

Deletion from active systems may precede removal from restricted backups, which follow the relevant provider’s backup lifecycle. Retained backup or legal-hold information is not used for new marketing. Platform download availability does not establish permission to keep or use information indefinitely.

10. Privacy requests and rights

You may contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information, and to withdraw marketing permission. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, opt-out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising, and appeal of a denied request. We do not unlawfully discriminate against people exercising privacy rights.

You may object to direct marketing at any time. Use the sender’s unsubscribe link or email ww@reveting.com. For event requests, include the event name and organizer. We coordinate requests involving client event data with the responsible organizer. We may request proportionate verification of identity or authority, including for an authorized agent, and respond within applicable legal deadlines. If a request is denied, we explain any applicable reason and review or appeal options; reply with “Privacy appeal” to request review. You may also contact your state attorney general or other relevant privacy regulator.

11. Security and processing locations

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to our services and the information involved. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We address incidents and provide notices as required by applicable law and our contractual obligations.

Reveting is based in the United States. Information is processed in the United States and in locations where our providers operate. Privacy protections can differ by location. Our US audience focus does not remove rights that apply to you by law. Contact us about the processing of your information and any safeguards applicable to it.

12. Children

Our services are intended for adult business audiences, not people under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s information through services directed to them. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

13. Updates and contact

We update the effective date when this policy changes and provide additional notice or obtain permission where required for material changes. A policy update does not retroactively authorize new marketing uses of an existing attendee list.
